Leila was like "Shane you are so nice and normal how did this place happen to you"; more than that, she found him well-mannered and a little uncertain at times, but he gave her straight answers and did answer her questions. I think he put her at ease a bit when she was brandest of brand new, without that really being the purpose of the conversation, just because she got actual answers.
