Happy Holiday fail, everyone. I know I've been really spotty for the last few weeks, and I want to apologize for that. I should be back in fighting form now, and I'll be working on catching up on things from the last month.

QUICK ANNOUNCEMENTS

Hello, citizens!

We hope all of you had a safe and happy holiday, and that you continue to have one as we move on into New Year's.

That said, we understand that people are still a little absent and just trickling back from varying levels of hiatus, but we do have a few fun (yes, fun!) announcements for you to keep everyone up to speed.


THE ELF HAS LEFT THE CITY

As per the announcement when he arrived. Buddy is now gone from Taxon. Everyone who was glitched is now back to normal emotional levels and free to wonder just what the hell that was all about. Gidget will still be backtagging threads with him, though, if you want to continue them.


FIIIIIIVE GOOOOLD RIIIIINGS

Thanks to a wonderful suggestion from Sammo, from Christmas until January 3rd characters in Taxon can wake up to a fourth-wall present from the Aliens. To quote the suggestion: "For example, Bruce Banner would wake up with a giant pair of purple spandex pants. He wouldn't know what the hell it was, as movie!Bruce only saw these pants once before going NOT GONNA HAPPEN, but is long-standing fandom joke." Have fun with this, guys, and we hope making this last the whole 12 Days of Christmas gives you enough time to find something.


SPEAKING OF PRESENTS...

In case you missed it, our good Flurry was on the ball concerning IC presents! If you've got a list of presents for your character to give out in Taxon, but not the time to thread them going door to door (or just can't seem to catch the other person on IM, as is the way things go this time of year), pop over here for all your gift announcement needs. And don't forget to check to see if your characters got something, too.


NOT OVER YET

The other holiday glitches are still in effect. As always, you can backdate threads if you need to, but also feel free to have your characters relieved that all this Christmas weirdness is over, only to start belting "Jingle Bells" when they get next to a wreath, or making out with their worst enemy under the mistletoe, or still strangely compelled to give some belated presents after hanging out near the tree.

Taxon! ♥ I've returned from my Holiday Hiatus!

As such, the first thing of business: Hello, Tiffany, and welcome to the Heroes cast. Peter shall be bothering you in no time. :D

And the other business! I've posted my character's presents! If you'd like to thread them out, do let me know. I was going to post a Helen post, at the least, of handing them out as it is. :D
