Yo!

So hi, I am Gabe or [personal profile] prodigy on DW, and I was in Taxon for a little bit like, a good while ago under different management, except I totally didn't have time for it at the time and so forth. But now I do! And the game is awesome, so I am totally delighted to have been accepted again (surely against [personal profile] dien's better judgment) and this time sporting Mr Sherlock Holmes.

Hi all. I am sure this is going to be even more fun than picking out that shark icon, though I admit it's hard to imagine how.

SHARK ICONS YOU SAY

Greetings and salutations, returning Taxonomite! :D I'm Sofo, one of the three modly people, forever stuck in a time far, far away (GMT+1). I can't tell you how excited I am to 1) see you back, and 2) with Sherlock! :D I JUST REWATCHED THE ENTIRE SERIES A MONTH AGO, and can't stop going eeeee.

In fact, that's probably the high-pitched whine you can hear at the very, very remotest edge of your hearing range. :3

When you were last around, I played Wyatt Cain, a grumpy ex-cop from a magical fairy land called the Outer Zone. I still play him, and he's still grumpy, but slowly working on it. Just to be safe, be prepared for attitude and absolutely no tolerance for stupidity or arrogance.

Then I apped a (in Vampire: The Masquerade terms, a Very High in Humanity) vampire P.I. He's thirty-something going on ninety, and trying very hard to for all intents and purposes seem as threatening as a puppy. He'd prefer not to give anyone any reason whatsoever to come bearing pitchforks and torches, thank you very much.

And then, FOR SOME REASON, I happen to play a third character, this time from a more or less obscure fandom, The Persian Boy. Bagoas, a eunuch (and de facto historical figure!), who followed Alexander the Great for eight years (India campaign whooo) until his suspicious death in Persia. He's...a bundle of Things and Reasons and Differing Social/Historical Contexts.

/end tl;dr

Once again, WELCOME BACK :D

The vamp's from the same canon as Josef Kostan, up there, and goodness me now I'll forever live in fear of such silly things as proper characterization of ol' Bagoas. XD He's post The Persian Boy, coming to Taxon on the very night of Alexander's passing. Major, major mind whammy, that (which means he's 23-going-on-24, and that I can get away with using movie icons even though he's very strictly novel-based).

Oh, and I couldn't actually decide which one to chuck your way, so I rolled a D6, and guess who got lucky?

The eunuch coming to terms with not being a servant anymore (WHAT IS THIS PLACE WITH NO HIERARCHY OF THE OBVIOUS SORT OR OTHERWISE ET.C ET.C)...and very easily one of the least tech savvy people in Taxon. You get a location tag. Mhmm mhmm.

(I love it too. It's just...full of kick-ass)

My Achilles' heel, as it were? D100s. .____. I always, always seem to fumble whenever they're involved.

And for the record, I think Wyatt's more inclined to go "...right. Another genius. Hoorah." And go for the above icon.
