HOW'S MY DRIVING?
It's that time again!
Please comment here with the names of the characters you play and others will reply with their feedback- and it's obviously a given that this feedback will be helpful, constructive and respectful. Also, as amazing as getting ILU comments is, it's nice to hear why, and what we're doing right, just as much as criticism needs to be constructive.

One of my pet peeves about most Snape players is that they tend to be a snarky ass to everyone, even complete strangers attempting to engage in polite dialogue. I adore that your Snape knows how to converse with people politely, while still having just a hint of snark here and there, because let's face it; if Snape were impolite all the time, he never would have gotten anywhere.
As for the Brucolac, I love him already. His manner of speech alone makes me go :DDDD ♥.

As for the Brucolac, he is...EVEN MORE FUN. Differently-fun. Keeping him crass and poetic is always a challenge - I hope to keep it up!
this icon is ironic, yes
You have no idea how much I flailed when I heard Snape was coming in-- actually, ask Lauren, because I think I went LKASJDFH to her first. Harry Potter was basically my childhood; those books were my life. While I'm not so into it anymore, it doesn't matter, because I have it right here in Taxon.
When we did the thread with Levi and Snape, it was like reading the books all over again. His responses were spot-on, the spells made me go FFFF YAY I REMEMBER THAT ONE and it was just wonderful. Someone else said that they love it that he's not a complete ass to everybody he meets, which is also something I agree with. Snape's an ass, but he's a masterminded ass, and you portray that wonderfully.
HAHAHAHA it is delightful
Most of all I love how, even outside of their personalities not matching up at all, Snape's attack is a chance to play up the fact that he is a prejudiced dick. It's a challenge for me as a player - handling something so very unsympathetic is hard and outside my comfort zone, but I find it easier to do with a player as enthusiastic and cool as you. :>

I'm unfortunately terribly primitive when it comes to HP, having never read the books and only vaguely seen the movies when my sons are watching them. TBH most of my Snape knowledge is from you and old school d_m Snape, and I tend to measure any others against that, which usually ends up in HUGE disappointment from any other versions. So, I reckon that's pretty positive feedback based on that! LOL
I need to go and read your Brucolac thread really >_< But the app was superb and I look forward to hearing/seeing more <3

DARLING.
On the subject of the Brucolac: when I read the book and saw how in character your HILARIOUS WAMPIRE happens to be, I was v. impressed and I still am. FYI, Takh and I have concluded that Petrana has enough information from her friendship with Doul to work out that he was the man that Doul hallucinated on That Terrible Night, and she is going to be wildly curious about him. If I keep Carmilla, we should has Plots.
Re: DARLING.
I should probably reply to your post NOW THAT I SEE THAT IT IS THERE, tricksy second page, and...okay I will do that too, but HERE AND NOW let me address various points raised.
1) Snape is old: THIS APPLIES BOTH TO ME PLAYING HIM and to Darling Adrien. Basically Snape is the best and even after all this time he is still...interesting and dynamic in an extremely resistant way, and can I TELL YOU how good it is to be playing him again?! I am still sortof poking at the whole ~*twooo wuuuuv*~ thing, because honestly, but by and large the canon update has been nice. :> And Darling Adrien is too pretty and mild, yes (you have seen how I drawr Snape, ref: icon, but there is no actor that looks like that) HOWEVER now I have icons of him making snarly-faces and I think it improves things. I am so excited about PLOTZ and will address that further ELSEWHERE.
2) So basically I never really thought I'd find a character I like as much as Snape, but then TAKHYS was all...seducing me with her ways, and now look at this undead monster I harbor in my heart of hearts. And I really can't thank you (and TK) enough for
putting up withflat-out encouraging my utterly ridiculous backstory cheese. I'm going to downplay that more in Taxon, but it is all still there. MORE ELSEWHERE.Furthermore, ilu. <3

2. HAHA WELL it's really great backstory cheese and if I ever app the teacup to Taxon, I think we all know what is going to happen. You know. Well, you and I know. And Takh. I've thought about it a few times but I could really only do it if TK brought in his nibs, so who knows.
