(which, due to the involvement of land, doesn't really sound nautical - but it totally is) but if you wanted to interpret it as 'this meme is brought to you by Dele, who is also a ho', well, I'm sure I would have difficulty finding anyone around here to strenuously disagree on my behalf. Oh dear oh dear, where to begin? First off, as we all know, Godric is physically attracted to Levi. If not for Shane, he would hit that any day, probably more than once and in multiple positions. The fact that Levi is also a vampire, but not the same type, just makes him all the more appealing and intriguing.
BUT since Shane is with Levi, this is all very completely out of the question. Godric is not a home-breaker, and he takes committed, exclusive relationships all kinds of seriously, especially among vampires, and especially because he thinks Shane is adorable. He isn't jealous; he thinks Levi and Shane are well suited to one another. Unfortunately, the urgings of his body aren't as connected as they should be to his feelings on the matter, and it makes being friends with Levi mildly awkward.
However, he values his friendship with Levi a lot. He thinks Levi is very lively and in a lot of ways, young. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's refreshing to be around a vampire who isn't emotionally guarded, and Levi's relative youth probably has a lot to do with the fact that his free spirit and open personality haven't dulled any. He likes that Levi is a little outrageous, because conforming to all societal norms is just kind of boring to Godric these days, and he likes that Levi knows how to troll like a pro. Levi makes his life in Taxon more interesting and more comfortable, both of which are invaluable to Godric.
