A. Name: February Tam-Rayne.
B. Zodiac Sign and/or Hogwarts House: Slytherin. Also, Alder.
C. Circumstances of Conception: Rupert and Ethan's youth glitch coincided with River's sane glitch, and mistakes were made. Solomon Koenig frog-marched the three of them down to Taxon's clinic and waited patiently for the paternity tests to come back so he knew who he was going to be regarding icily across the table at get-togethers for the next eighteen years. Ethan drew the short straw.

E. Three Random Facts:

• Due to River and Ethan both reverting to their...less than parenting-friendly states, February ended up spending most of her early Taxon childhood living in the forest with Opa ('grandpa').
• There were weirder conception stories than hers at Taxon kindergarten, okay? I'm just saying. Her best friend was Boadicea. (See Enfys/Bruce by Claire.)
• A psychic of moderate ability and a more accomplished sorceress, February sidekicked for Boadicea/Godslayer as a young woman under the alias 'the Wintersmith'. Her costume is a shiny, sparkly white catsuit and an ice crown. It's pretty great.
