YES TO BOTH OF THESE. He will find this idea interesting. There is totally a deck-thing on top of his ship with a big spire that a gigantic flag can be flown from, only he doesn't like doing it because he feels it looks silly. He would rather fly the flag from the bottom of the ship where more people will see it anyway. FACTS!
