Two ways:

First, use the altar that's on the edge of town. Just leave anything there, and I'll get it.

Second, a little more complicated, but far more rewarding. Set out some time, mark out your space -- a circle with chalk or dragged through the dirt oughta do, think about what you want, make your offering, and it's all good.
