*whistle* Admittedly I decided I really didn't want to drive home today/tonight, so I'm doing it in the morning -.-;; This gives me time to be evil with the Master especially given the Doctor reserve, meep

Okay, so the Master still has the Doctor's genetic code despite his screwdriver kind of being wrecked by Cassie. He's since fixed it up, salvaged that little handy tidbit, and worked on some additional touches of his choosing.

The Master plans on hijacking a tram car, one with plenty of NPCs to work on. He's going to start his testing there, feeding in the new improved genetic code on different people to see how it takes. Yeah, he's just a bit obsessed. Of course, it won't really take on anyone. Probably mostly kill them, some faster than others. After all, human + Time Lord DNA = fail, for the most part. But he doesn't really care about losing lives, and he's going to keep trying until he gets it right.

If anyone wants their characters on the tram to interfere or be a test subject, just comment. He's not really interested in trying it on females, but they can definitely try to stop him, just expect him to threaten the lives of everyone on board :D

He'll likely give up when everyone is dead on that car lol. Phase two might involve scoping out Topher's chair because that is a fine bit of technology by the sounds of it and he hopes to find out everything about it 8D but that requires talking to that mun and uh yeah ^^;; He may not even get that far given that we may/may not have a Doctor by then lolol.

HELLO MY LOVELIES.

I bring to you today a ~fabulous vampire by the name of Levi Blakely (levilup). He's an OC that came, pretty much, from a brain up past one in the morning, and from there, he developed into an actualfax character. Yes, his PB is Adam Lambert. Be quiet.

Anyway, Levi is currently waking up in Taxon with an angry attitude, but as soon as he gets his bearings he'll pretty much cling to whoever is closest. Go forth, taunt him, other vampires, Slayers, Hunters, and all those in between.

In case I don't get a chance to post this tomorrow morning: potential slow tags warning for Wednesday - Sunday due to the Thanksgiving holidays. My husband and I are heading up to his parents' house tomorrow and while I will be taking my laptop with me and they do have wifi, there's going to be six people with laptops there fighting for bandwidth and last time we were all there and tried to pull that off, the net lag was so horrible I didn't even bother. So, we'll see how it goes.

Since everyone is heading out soon (or um, now; oops) posting this a little extra early seemed the way to be.

We want to take a moment to thank you, all of you, be you on hiatus, slowatus, active as a raspberry ant or chillin' in your own pocket of cool, for being here. You guys are what makes Taxon the awesome place it's become. Your time, your energy, your presence and your attitude is beyond compare and we couldn't be happier to be your mods.*


THAT SAID, we want you to be thankful for each other as much as we are for all of you. This post is for more than just showering you lot with love and affection, though don't get us wrong, it's totally about that, too. In the grand tradition of America's Thanksgiving festivities, this post is also for gathering together for questions, storytelling, and screaming at the football game on TV coming together in a familial (not Biblical; don't make us get the hose) kind of way.

If you've got the time and inclination, we'd like this to serve as a quick space for you to catch up with one another OOC. Ask that burning question you've got about just why Sarah is so in love with Kanye West and Our Lady GaGa, or what is up with everyone in chat getting linked to that one video. (Should you not know what that video is, someone will be along shortly with embedded YouTube magic.) Tell a story about your Great Aunt Ethel and the Turkening of '07. Above all, we want you to get to know each other a little better OOC.

I'm getting the boot from my building as of five o' clock tomorrow, and I'm headed home for Thanksgiving. I should be back by Saturday afternoon at the latest, I think. Until then, the_flyingman, 10secsofsilence, and whoiamundrneath will magically disappear in a puff of highly sexy and mysterious and/or dorky smoke.

Goodbyes are never easy

Sarah was the pup I brought to Taxon in the beginning, and as sad as it is to say, I have just never found her voice.

She'll be heading home, and I'm sorry to see her go, but I've realised that loving a character doesn't mean you can play them.
