Packing a ton of Fail into one post

Gah, this hurts, but I think I'd better go ahead and drop Spike.

I've been trying to write a post for him for a week now, and I've just completely lost his voice. I knew I'd been shaky with him, and thought maybe a break and some canon review might help, but. Instead, I feel like everything I write with him is wrong now. :P So, time to give up the ghost. I'm terribly sorry to all the people who are close with him (Buffy and Dawn, especially), and those that he had a ton of potential with (vamp!Buffy and Dru, especially). I just can't manage him.

Hopefully, he'll come back eventually. I just don't want to sit on a character I don't actually play, and- well, he's never been as active as he should've been anyway.

In other news, it appears I've been 'gifted' with the h1n1 virus, so....whee? I've apparently had it for a month already, and since I haven't been laying around and sleeping as much as I should've been, it's possible I'll have it for another month (or even longer, the doctor said- awesome). SO- I'm back from my mini-hiatus with Fred and Mohinder, just...be aware I may be extra-slow, and/or occasionally disappearing for naps.

HI HELLO, this is Flurry, bringing you a brand new character~

This here is Juliet Moss, a character that I've been wanting to play around with for a while now. Juliet's a really shy girl, and she can see auras, which is explained best in her app here. I also have a permissions meme, that is here.

As for her programmed possession, she's bringing her Border Collie, who is named... Dog. Yes.

I'm Jenni, and I'm here to add to the list of Things That Are Dele's Fault. I bring you Jack Benjamin of Kings fame (or...lack of fame, since it was canceled THANKS NBC). His ridiculously long application is over here but I will summarize:

Kings, for those unacquainted, is a modern retelling of the story of David, of the David-and-Goliath variety, where Jack is equivalent to David's best buddy Jonathan of the Tribe of Benjamin, son of Saul and crown prince of Israel. So his other canon is the Bible. Thankfully, this version is less depressing, more full of smarm and bad ideas. He's here to be moody and PTSD'd for a while, possibly destroy some souls, and slowly sarcasm you to death. One day he may throw some wicked parties as former playboy-princes are wont to do.

Things to note: 1) Jack has some residual God Vibes, so if your vampire doesn't like crosses, they probably don't want to chew on him. 2) His programmed possession is a blue merle rough collie named Abby, aka Shep or Shepherd, who will snuggle anything that sits still long enough for her to do so. 3) His giant permissions meme is here. 4) His intro will go up...later, after I finish some damn homework. Probably tomorrow.
