Yo.

So, yeah, there's three weeks give or take a few days till I go back to college, which means I need to kick myself into gear and start packing/organizing/whatever. I haven't done anything yet so my current mindset is mostly AAAAAAAGH.

Work's not helping with that either; coworkers are becoming increasingly unreliable, so my bosses are consequently relying on me more. And that means giving me more hours every week.

Needless to say, I don't have much of a drive for RP at the moment, so I figure hiatusing is a good idea. We'll say 7/31 through 8/22.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Lorne-mun, if you want to run with the Kaylee-party-idea, feel free. We all know our poor characters deserve a bit of fun after everything that's gone on.

DOWN THE JERSEY TAXON SHORE
For the month of August, Sunnydale Beach is going to be getting a facelift in the form of a boardwalk and pier. Rides! Games! Quaint little shops selling overpriced tourist crap with slogans like "My friend went to Taxon and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"! Saltwater taffy! Sketchy dives bars with electronic poker machines that will steal all your credits! No pesky seagulls! Good times, good times.

Every day the weather at the beach will be sunny with temperatures reaching 85F/29C during the day and 72F/22C overnight, with a persistant mild onshore breeze. See? The hamsters can get things right occasionally.

WHO WEARS SHORT SHORTS?
