Game HMD Follow-Up

taxonmodsThank you so much to everyone that participated in the game HMD last Saturday. As a follow up, this post is going to address (and poll the playerbase at large) on a few things that were brought up in the HMD.
FIRST UP, it was brought to our attention that some players would like to see the formatting rules for threading loosened up a little. So, have this poll.

Please, please, please, if you have any ideas about how you feel we should handle formatting, concerns about changing the system, or anything at all, let us know. We're taking everything into consideration, and the poll will close and the results announced in October's State of the Taxon meme.
SECONDLY, system glitches! We're taking everything you've told us to heart, and starting next month we'll have a poll where you choose which system glitch will happen next. We're also trying to brainstorm more serious glitches and events, and looking at ways to make the sillier small ones offer something for our serious characters.
October's glitch will be a bodyswap event just before Halloween and it will last into the first week of November. Throughout the next month, we'll be putting up sign-up and planning posts as well as the poll for you to decide November's glitch. (Among your choices will be, of course, our lovely suggested Pleasantville and Video Game glitches!)
Also, since we heard you'd like more metaplot, we're working on ways to reveal little bits about Taxon and the aliens as time goes on. Not so much characters will angst endlessly, and not too little that everyone completely loses interest. If you have an idea for a part of the metaplot to be revealed, know a way to get your character involved, or if you just notice us going too fast/too slow/getting off balance with anything concerning the glitches, we want to hear from you so that we can include and course correct as necessary.
THIRDLY, along with the glitch in October, Taxon will be adding a Planetarium! If you've got other suggestions, let us know about them. You might not even have to wait for the SOTT to get your building-y wish~.
FINALLY, giving us critique on how we run the game isn't a one-time event! We love to hear from you about how we're doing on our complaints and suggestions posts. If there's something we can improve, something broken we can fix, or just some way for us to make Taxon more fun for you, we want to know it.
