HI GUYS, HI. So, I'm coming off of official hiatus -- tentatively -- though I don't have my computer back yet. I will still be very slow and I won't be getting around to all those backtags probably until early next week.

Hi Taxon! Ebs here, bringing you some glitchy goodness.

This Saturday happens to be Katherine's 536th birthday. Because I'm awful, I'm giving her a special present; she will be glitched that day to revert from her delightful vampiric self into a regular human with absolutely no nifty supernatural abilities she's gotten so used to having and using. Oh yeah, she will love it. (No, no she won't.)

This glitch will run from April 9th to April 23rd, so that's two full weeks. As Katherine being a vampire is still a secret to most of Taxon, this will not really affect anyone but the castmates and limited CR that are in on said secret.

As being human back in late 1400's presented a lot of issues for Katherine, such as the oldest vampire in the history of ever coming after her to break an ancient curse, Katherine will likely spend the first few days of the glitch in complete shock. She'll try to hide this for as long as possible, but I'll make it so that the post I'll put up on Saturday should make it fairly obvious that something's up to those who know what to look for. I'm sort of playing this by the ear, so no solid plans other than the fact that Katherine will become steadily more and more anxious and frustrated about being human and everything related to it as the glitch goes on. She may be driven into doing some possibly stupid things during week two. :|

Feel free to treat this as a planning post, ask questions/clarifications, etc. Castmates/CR: if there is something specific you'd like to see happen with this glitch, I'm more than happy to plot and make it happen! I welcome all horrors. I'm completely down with anyone taking advantage of the fact that Katherine can't really do so much to fend for herself during this. As always, you're welcome to use Katherine's phone post for trolling her at anytime during the glitch (applies also for when she isn't glitched).

Get your questions ready, Taxon, because in their infinitely questionable wisdom the hamsters have given Loki access to the local radio station. And he's decided, mostly because he's bored and doesn't have Bartleby around to listen to him prattle on about everything under the sun, to bring his ageless wisdom to you fine people instead.

Beginning...as soon as I have the brains to put up a post, so in the next couple of days, Loki will be broadcasting a call-in talk radio show across the tablets. Probably it'll go out a couple times a month, depending on my schedule and how much response it gets, wherein he'll offer his advice on any topic you want to bring to him.*

And that leadership is about to join Taxon. Kim here, spamming the OOC comm with my third character, Adrian Veidt (aka Ozymandias) of the Watchmen. He'll be arriving thirty-five minutes ago from pretty near the end of the film, all sorts of conflicted about what just happened, and bringing his beloved Bubastis with him.

And of course, he'll promptly start figuring out ways to reestablish his corporation, and maybe see what it would take to get a gang of costumed heroes together. (Until the Comedian comes along and BURNS UP HIS MAP, I suppose. Jerk.)

Somehow - and I have no idea how it happened - I seem to have brought my fifth character into Taxon. This is Emma and this is Leela of the Sevateem, presidential bodyguard and former companion.

And, yes, she is wearing a leather bikini.

(Incidentally, I'm taking her though partway through Gallifrey: Disassembled. If anyone would like me to spoiler cut or generally just watch what I type, let me know. I expect everyone here who knows about that particular audio series will have already heard it, but I wouldn't want to ruin the fun for anyone who hasn't.)
