IT'S QUIET. TOO QUIET.
The aliens have realized that since the musical glitch Taxonians have had it easy. So October is going out with a bang and November is coming in with a roar. Or more like a RAWR!
STARTING ON THE TWENTY-SECOND: bits of autumn carnival will be popping up around the city, Halloween themed with haunted houses, bobbing for apples, and spooky romantic tunnels of lovely horror. The citizens will likely side-eye all of this but rest assured, all of these amusements are totally harmless. Yes, even the tent claiming to house actual dinosaur eggs (located next to the tent with a large Tesla coil), nothing of note at all. Spoiler alert: prepare to fight dinosaurs.
The house of mirrors is a bit interesting, however, as it will give the citizens what they want most of all: a glimpse of home. Are these visions the truth or fabrications? It's entirely up to you, details to follow!
In other atmospheric shenanigans news, a dense fog will settle into town beginning on the twenty-seventh. It's totally innocuous at first, but as it grows denser things go a little strange. Disorientation sets in, you end up somewhere unexpected, and...what was that voice? Someone familiar? Someone familiar in distress? Is it worth investigating or is it another hamster game?
Lastly: you might want to start getting ideas together for some Freaky Friday style bodyswapping. Bonus spoiler alert: prepare to fight dinosaurs while trapped in someone else's body.
