We have read and talked over everything, and thank you for your patience as we try to come up with some solutions for the problems being presented. Okay, opening up the floor to discussion and thoughts and anything you feel we may not have touched on! We're planning on trying to implement the changes next weekend, so none of this is taking effect right now. If you have suggestions for ANY of this, please share!
